around midnight pacific I will be taking the server offline for a bit to reconfigure the network.
basicly I am ditching the DCHP server. When the router restets it should ge giving each PC the same IP again. but what its been doing is serving them out at random. so the http requests go to the wrong machine. for a home network mine is fairly complex so manually assigning IP's is a bit of a chore. but i am as tired of these issues. but to be fair. the most recent outage was a server problem, for some reason the thing just shut off. I have already been getting the parts together to build another one. if it crashes again I'll run the server off of my PC untill i get the replacement running.
