Stadium Data and Templates
Here's the situation: I've been playing using a template with real parks/pictures/park stats (used Gambo's spreadsheet and typed them in myself).
I'd like to start a new game, including more leagues....and with a completely new set of players (my other template was created after the players were loaded...because of the ballpark stuff, so if I start a new game using this template, I'd have the same players). Is there any way to take my stadiums from my other saved-game folder or something like that and put it in the new one?...I don't want to type all the stadium figures in all over again Any help would be hugely appreciated. |

just take the parks.dat file out the one you worked on :
(My Documents/Sports Interactive/OOTP Baseball 2007/data/saved_games/yoursavedleaguefile.lg/(parks.dat)/ take it out and throw it on your desktop, then open up the folder of the newer league and replace the parks.dat of that league with your old one. If the league has the same setup and teams as before, it will all line up. If you are inserting it into a different type of league, you'll get all your stadiums, but you'll have to edit to make sure everybody gets the correct one. |
