new skins?

Is anyone trying to create a new skin for OOTP 2007? I haven't seen much discussion about skins. I presume it must be a time-consuming process.

I planned to re-do the ones I did for OOTP2006: New OOTP skin and I've begun to intermittantly work on some new skins here: W.I.P. - New skin but I haven't gotten terribly far yet.
