How does the palyer editor work?
I am running a historic league and wanted to make some elite players. I tried to increase AJ Burnett's pitching ratings so I went to the player editor. His stuff was at 81 on the ratings page and I was going to push it up to 100 or so. When I opened the editor it was set at 172. I entered 250 to max it out but there was no change to what it said on the ratings page. What gives...how does this work? In OOTP6 your changes were shown instantaneous. Is OOTP8 different? What am I doing wrong here?

Enter the number and push enter. If you don't, your change won't stick. Enter the number and press enter each time.

The figures on the profile page are based on scouting. And the reason 80-something is showing as 172 is probably because your range is 1-100 so most figures will get just over doubled between scouting and actual.
The profile page figure won't change until a scouting is done again. |

If you're in Commissioner mode, it should be towards the top right of your screen.
