International Leagues vs Affiliate Leagues
If I create a universe of 4 international leagues how do players move between them? Is it purely on a supply and demand basis - i.e they go where the best contract is on offer - or are there other restrictions.
If I create a universe without affiliates where do prospects and draftees develop?
