Changing In-game Text in OOTP 8

I was looking in the in-game/commentary forum, but didn't find any answers. Well, I did, but they appeared to be quite out-dated. Anyway, is there any way to change in-game text? For example, instead of the game showing "Baseball America Prospects" is there a way to alter it to show "Spalding's Guide" or "The Sporting News," to make it historical? I took a very brief look at the game's .xml file, a little behemoth and frightening if you ask me. Thank you.

Certain things are hard coded, not sure if that part is or not.

team_top_prospects.tpl seems to be the file, shows the logo you'd need to change, and the URL it points to, but don't see where you'd change the Baseball America text itself.
