ITP uses the OOTP Version 5 engine, so you'd need to load your ITP league into OOTP5

Which, as you can see at the top of any page, is available for free.
And this would be a good place to put in a plug for ITP2.

If ITP could be integrated with OOTP so that it's not a separate program, that might be good too... And if you could combine things like ...you're the GM, and your son is managing the AA team, and your grandson is in the HS feeder league... Wow....
