Assigning Traded/Aquired Players

I love this game. I'd like to say that up front. However, after I make a trade, I cannot find the newly aquired player on any roster on my team page to assign him to either active roster or minor leagues. I have to do a player search, click on his name, and then go to action at the bottom of the player card.

Is there an easier way to assign newly aquired players?

They are in your Deisgnated For Assignment list under the Transaction tab.
