No, it does not look like you can sort that list. It's programmed to be arranged by league, then by subleague, then by division, then by alphabet and there does not appear to be any way to change the sorting. Have your manager go into commissioner mode and then look at the list to see what I am talking about; you will see all the teams arranged in the manner described.

Yes, I was talking about the game "out of the box." Maybe you did some league restructuring with your game? That can affect the order that leagues are displayed in some areas.
