Whole Team angry

For some reason, every player on my rookie league team (from my minor league system) is either angry or very unappy. The team is 15-37 and in last place.

Is there anything I can proactively do to get their attitude better? Fire the coaching staff, perhaps?...or is strictly due to their poor record?

From what I have seen, their poor attitudes are due largely in part to the team's overall record. You can check each player's individual feelings by going to their player profiles and toggle away from their health information in the lower left-hand portion of the profile to the information about attitude.
Hope this helps!

Mister Coach has it right- minor league players are affected more than they probably should be by their team's W/L record. Two things-

-it probably doesn't matter much if your minor leaguers are unhappy, except when they have six years of service and might not want to re-sign with you as ml free agents;

-the morale system definitely needs some tweaks, and I expect the developers know this. I like the idea of player morale, but I'm definitely hoping it's improved for next year. Almost every player on a bad team is going to be unhappy- team performance has a significant influence- but if I was making 4 mil a year playing for the Royals, I don't think my life would be so bad. I'd care even less about my team's record if I was in the minors and was due for promotion- the ship is sinking but I'm leaving, so what do I care?
