newbie needs help with import/export for online league

I've been playing OOTP 7 for a little while now and wanted to try an online league. I'm going to be starting one soon, but I need to know how to import the league file into my game, edit it as needed, and then export it and upload back to the internet. I'm sure the answers are either on this board or in the game instructions, but I can't seem to find them either place. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The Commish Portal will do all this for you automatically.

You need to have webspace for this, and then you'll type all the FTP/username/password info into the columns in the Commish Portal and use that for all future uploads to your webspace.

Sorry, I didn't mean that I was starting my own league soon, I meant that I'll be joining somebody else's league soon. My mistake. I just need to know how to import the file into my game and how to export it when I'm done. Thanks.

Download the league file and extract it into your saved_games directory. Then fire up the game and load it. You'll only have to do this once. After the first time, you can load the updated files from within the game by clicking Game/Load Online League. To export your team, just make your changes and click export team to FTP at the lower area of the interface.
