Is there any where that states the reason for a players current morale?

Yes. A lot of people miss this; you have to click Show Morale on the player profile. See before and after below.

I don't like those hand-signs you have, but I wonder how you got them. I have smiley faces (well, some smiley faces and a lot of frowny faces). I do also wish sometimes that I could have more information. I mean, when I send a guy down a level and he gets mad at "Team Transactions", that makes sense. But what is the "Player Performance" based on? Because I seem to get wonky results for that measure sometimes. A guy is angry who's been hitting on fire for over a month. Does he recalculate his morale on a regular basis, or is a guy who has a terrible first month going to be stuck with bad morale all year because he can't bring up his overall OPS?
