In XP, they're in %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\saved_games\.lg\news\html\images\player_X.png. The path is slightly different for Vista, but I don't know it off the top of my head.
Off the top of my head, though, I'm not sure how you know whose picture is whose. I think you need to know the player's ID, which I think you can find by editing the player in Commissioner mode. I think.
