Wait, what? You posted after my last post in the thread, so are you trying to say that I ignored you? I can't see how that is possible if you enter the thread AFTER me, so.... sure. I guess that can tell a lot to one.

The two people that expressed interest in joining the league as of yesterday at 2:21pm received replies from me. Both replies were given to the original posters several days ago. ec2285 was the third responder and as a third team opened up just recently, that was good timing for him.

Your post is the first contact from you that I have received. If you have tried to get in touch before and have failed to do so then I apologize, but I really have not gotten any such messages.

If your issue is with any potential forum/website problems, then please understand that we have initiated approval methods for any new forum registrations due to spambots. If you want to join our forums you need to contact me here with your potential membership name and I will contact our website administrator. As of this afternoon, our website crashed for reasons unknown to me. I don't run our website, I just try to not muck things up with our league as Commish.

While the official OBL site is down, please feel free to post in this thread or over on OO for now.

I guess it would be possible by the fact you made a post at 2:42pm in another thread, so you were around. If you are saying that you never bothered to check your thread, then fine. I registered for the forums and then waited to get approval, to post any/all information that you would of needed to make a decision, if I was owner worthy. Good luck with the league, putting together an initial draft would of been fun.

We've had some folks drop out, so there are openings for 4 more owners. We're pre-Inaugural Draft still, so now is the time to get in. See the original post for details on the league.

I'm confirming which teams are available, but it's definitely the New York Yankees, and likely the Brooklyn Dodgers, Cincinnati Reds, and Pittsburgh Pirates.

I had asked to join last week and never heard for a few days and was told the Yanks were taken even though I had requested them. I joined another league but it is a quiet one, with little activity. Are the Yanks taken or are they still available?

This sounds like a great league and I'd really like to take part.
I have been in 2 online leagues so far, but one fell apart and the other one seems to have declining interest.

Been playing OOTP since it came out, maybe the second version -- but this is the first version I've entered into the online league world. Really like it so far aside from the fact that without dedicated owners it never works. I will be a dedicated one.

Yep, Kelric is still running things. I'm just rustling up a few owners while he's out of town enjoying the holiday weekend.

Right, no pre-set rosters. We're using Gambo's historical database and conducting an inaugural draft.
