Sim League opening?

I am looking for a sim league that I can join, with real players, nothing fictional. The thing is I dont have the game and I was wondering if there was a sim league out there that does not require you to have the game.

First off, there aren't any real roster sets out there that you can start an online league with yet. Second off, there is no league that will not require you to have the game and last long.
