Any interest in a fictional prison based baseball league?

So I've been tossing around this idea in my head for probably the past two years or so. I'm assuming there's not going to be a ton of interest in a premise like this but I'm hoping some of you fictional junkies or at least people looking for something fresh and interesting will be interested.

I'll first start out by saying I don't have the exact details worked out for this league because like I mentioned it's mainly just been in my head over the past few years. What I do know is I want it to be a fictional smaller league (12-16 teams) that's based around the prison system. I think this will add an entirely different element to a league that will make it that much more interesting.

I've tossed around a few ideas like having random events such as players getting paroled, players getting killed (very rarely), among other things that would happen in any normal prison situation. And instead of having rookie classes, we'd have new groups of incoming inmates each year. And we could have players finishing their prison sentences when they "retire" from the league.

Maybe I'm just being dumb and this is a horrible idea, but I've always found it to be at least an interesting concept and have wondered for a long time if a league like this would actually succeed and have any interest.

So basically I'm just looking to see if anyone would be willing to give this league a shot if I indeed went forward with the idea and made it into an actual league. You can feel free to give me your opinions on the idea or offer any suggestions you may have for the league (serious ones only, please). Or anything else you feel like saying.
