The MLB Dreams league is looking for new GMs to complete our league. We are at the 2012 All-Star Game. We have a very active forum, and a strong core of owners. This is an OOTP 2007/8 league.

We also broadcast a game of the week using web-conferencing software, and allow the managers of the GotW teams to manage their teams live. It's very exciting!

Current Openings:
Chicago Cubs (2012: 77-85, 5th place)
The Cubs have been hitting a run of bad luck lately, losing a key starter to a CEI and being in a highly competitive division. They do have the parts to make the North Siders a competitive team once more.

Detroit Tigers (2012: 74-88, 4th place)
The Tigers took a leap this year and are riding high atop the AL Central. Generally a strong team.

Boston Red Sox (2012: 110-52, 1st place, 2011 WORLD CHAMPIONS)
A dedicated and ruthless GM led this team to three straight World Series, and two straight wins. The team has never won less than 99 games. Good team for now and in the future.

Los Angeles Dodgers (2012: 60-102, 5th place)
The previous GM never did anything with his team and had the roster around 20 players for much of the time. Lots of last place finishes mean this team has a well-stocked minor league system about ready to take the leap.

New York Yankees (2012: 87-76, 2nd place)
Always a contender for the AL wild card, but needs a committed GM to guide the team over Boston.

Please note that new GMs will have their trades reviewed for one season to make sure nothing super lopsided happens.

All of these teams really need someone to come in and provide steady leadership to rebuild the teams. If you think you would be interested, contact me by PM on here or on AIM (mlbdnationals).

Do you know if there are any German-speaking-members in your league?? Just for me to chat with when i become problems with the rules an so on... my english is not soooooo good and i don´t understand every rule on your HP...

I´m a baseballfan almost 2 years (not very easy here in Germany) and i don´t understand every term in Baseball-speech... so a little "native-speaking-help" would be great for me..

I´m user of OOTP 2007 since 3 weeks and i´m an absolut beginner... but I´m very interested in taking the Mets in your league if possible.

Interested in taking on the Yankees.

Have 2 years of real life sim experience. Currently in Suicide Squeeze, Retro Baseball League, Field of Dreams and DBL. Likely dropping DBL and picking up one other team (this one if I can). I don't have the Yanks in any of my leagues...chances are the league that I eventually get the Yanks in is going to be my favorite.
