Looking for an active league - using 2007

I'm looking for an active league with a team available, I prefer the Braves but if not it's cool. I have the game and will be very active.

Gone Gold Newbie League (lot of exp. GMs)
Fictional league,20 teams,80 mil. cap,good commisioners,active GMs,rule 5 draft,17 seasons simmed,hall of fame,hall of shame,etc.

We are a 6.5 league that has been around since 2001 on OOTP and 1996 on FPS. We are converting to 2007 this offseason and thus have a bunch of openings (6). In spite of the 6 openings we are a very stable league (19 seasons in) and are not going anywhere.

the specs:
24 teams
financials on
85 mill cap
fictional - but real team names/cities
all basic rules on except rule V (may consider for OOTP 2007)
open teams: Giants, Cardinals, Pirates, Royals, Tigers, Braves (includes rebuilders, contenders, and a couple in between)

Just so you're aware, the original poster started this thread in August of last year. It was dredged up by a troll who was spamming ads for his league all over this forum. I'm sure the OP has long since found a league.
