JOBL Opening(s)

The JOBL has one, possibly two openings.

We're a 20-team fictional that is in its second OOTP2007 season after 5 real years with OOTP4, 5 & 6. The league has great, competitive owners and a rich history with over 27 seasons under our belt.

Confirmed opening: Detroit Stars

Detroit is currently fighting for a wild card spot, so you'll be taking a pretty decent team. You'll have two aces: Dale Bustamante (one of the best SPs in league history) and Matt Streeter (another top quality SP); as well as offensive stars like 2b Franky Ayo, OF Enoch Pisano, 1b Corey Shadwick and C Gary Trisler.

Historically, Detroit has made the playoffs the last 6 seasons and won 3 titles during that time, so you'll be taking over one of the class organizations in the JOBL.

And as I mentioned, there may be one more opening very soon...

If you are looking for a rebuilding project, this team is for you!

Halifax sports a middle of the road farm system (#10), to go along with a few star players: C Jose Rezendes, SS Bob Paul, OFs Brian Kiss and Frascuelo Proano, and SP Osvaldo Espinosa. Some of which might make some good trading chips to help with the rebuild.

Halifax needs some TLC to get back to their winning ways (8 consecutive playoff appearance prior to last season)! If you can be that owner, send me a PM or email at jason.dettbarn at gmail.com
