World Leagues???

I want a global experience. I want a league contact list 50+ GM's long. As a new GM in this league, I want to be relegated to managing a team of amatuers in order to prove myself. I want to be able to draft players from other countries, from team run by real people. Is that too much to ask? Does it even exist?

I've been playing the game since OOTP3 (Season Ticket Baseball). I've played fictional, non-fictional, and historical leagues online and offline. I'm bored with that. I want a new experience!

Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller...
