the People's Baseball League

Openings as we start our 41st season. We are currently in 2001, this is a historical league. All rules in effect, However the key item is that there is no wealthy and poor teams in this league. Everyone has 100mil to spend throughout their organization.

You MUST:

Be Active, a week goes by without no notice you are warned - 2nd week your gone. There are exceptions, any problems arising or away at work is ok.

Sort of harsh I know, but in the end acquiring GMs who are attentive to their teams and fellow players makes for an all-around better league.
