New 2008 league looking for owners

- League type: Modern
- Special league rules: See site for rules
- Number of teams: 30
- OOTP version: 2008/2007

The OOTPMLB is set to open. We will be using CubbyFan's 2008 roster set (latest updated version). The league date is January 1, 2008. The roster is current as of 12/13/2007...I will be adjusting a few more transactions before I put out the league file. The website is up to date and feel free to bump around it and check things out.

All teams are currently available with the exception of the Red Sox......If you might be interested in getting in on a brand new league, please email me at ootpmlbcommish@gmail.com

just as a heads up with a discrepancy in your rulebook....

5. OOTP MLB does not allow the trading of draft picks.

IV. Transactions
A. Trading
1. Trading is open from January 23 to July 31.
2. Trades are to be posted on the forum. One team posts the trade, the 2nd confirms it. Only then will a trade be processed.
3. Trades are to be processed by the simmer ONLY. If you try to process a trade yourself, you are risking that you could potentially corrupt the league file.
4. Trading of draft picks is allowed. However, you may only trade away the first and second round picks.
