Online League History/Expansion Question

Which online leagues have the longest history in terms of seasons played? I've seen a few here with 20+ years...anything longer?

Also, would any of these leagues that have a rather long history be interested in adding an expansion team? By that I mean me!!! I would love to start running a team from the ground up...expansion draft, crappy first couple of seasons and then hopefully turning it into a competitive team.

we are not expanding but we have a few openings for teams that need to be rebuit. We have bee nsimming for 10+ (now sure how many exactly) on multi game paltforms.
