OOTP 2007/OOTP8 Historical League forming

League is set in 1930, and I've tried to accurately recreate the A-B-C-D levels of minors at the time. I only have the D level left to finish, and I'll get that tomorrow night after work. Inaugural draft to proceed the 1930 season. Another messageboard I belong to said they'll give us a forum if we can fill all 16 owners. I'd like to run this league using the scouts/personnel. To compensate for the variation in similarly-rated scouts, Jan 1st will be ran with scouts disabled, revealing true ratings. I tested this out, and it doesn't affect the tasks that scouts are assigned. Its up to your scouts to detect deviation during the season.

I'd be open to disabling personnel, if that becomes a popular sentiment.

hey guys. I tried to register at the site listed but had no luck. I still would like to take cleveland and they look to still have a need for an owner.
