well, I created it using OOTP8, but it shouldn't be a problem. Did you load it as a template after starting a custom game?

If you created it as a template in OOTP8, I think you have to create a League using the template in OOTP8 (OOTP2007) then when you have saved the league, import it into OOTP9.
(by this I mean that OOTP8 templates will only work in OOTP8.....
but if that's not right somebody will soon let us know!)

Try loading it with OOTP8, saving it, and then importing it into 9.

EDIT: Whoops. Too slow in my multiple quote skills. Sorry for the redundency.

Here's something similar I posted earlier this week --- haven't had any feedback (I think that may be a good thing) - this was done in OOTP9 so there shouldn't be any issues w/ OOTP8 conversion.

After Deleting Real Players, All (Fictional) Players making League Minimum.

See page two for the link to the file.

Or use the link below:

I have gotten as far as spring training and completed the spring training stage. All is working fine, no crashes at all. I also do my drafts on March 1st, so that has been done also. Just wanted to update you guys that it can work fine as well.

Don't you have all the versions of your own game?

That is funny.

But to be fair, I suspect he was asking for someone else to do it and post it for others. I also suspect, that as the developer and the one who reaps economic benefit from the game, it may get dicey with copyright laws if HE were to do it and post, what with the REAL major league team nams AND logos.

Yes. Has this been converted for ootp9? And do we unzip it into the quick start folder?

Put the wtp file in the OOTP Baseball 9/World Templates folder. To use the template Create a New Custom Game, then load world from template and select the template.
