facepak/facegen?

As a historical simmer, I would prefer using one of the great facepaks available than the facegen which comes with this years version of OOTP. I was wondering if facegen can be used in conjunction with a facepak to generate the missing portraits?

....and it was great to see how easy it was. Every time I found a player without a pic just went to the bottom of his page and one click and he has a face, don't like the face, click again. awesome feature.
