Regarding subjective ratings...

In historical leagues, do the subjective ratings really have any impact?

We've been over leader ability, and that at 2-3 (on 2-8 scale) for almost all players, there aren't any 'leaders'. So no positive influences.

Intelligence? Work ethic? Do these really have any impact? Again, as said by someone, it seems these are all pretty much randomly assigned. So it would seem to me it would be best if the entire subjective ratings weren't even working for historical players. I don't know if they do or do not.

But given that there is pretty much no basis for what has been assigned, I'd hope they are moot factors in player development and play.

Really the only ones I pay any attention to are greed and work ethic. I think with a higher greed rating, the players may ask for a bit more money. Im not sure about work ethic, but Im guessing that the high work ethic could result in possible increased ratings. They are all random though.

Well, I don't really think that the end can be assessed as of itself as being the end because what does the end feel like? It's like saying when you try to extrapolate the end of the universe, you say, if the universe is indeed infinite, then how - what does that mean? How far is all the way, and then if it stops, what's stopping it, and what's behind what's stopping it? So, what's the end, you know, is my question to you.
