Question about financials

I posted this in the forum so I am reposting this in the effort to find and answer so I can start my league

Has anyone noticed if teams are running out of money like in the past versions, or has this been addressed. I want to get an answer before I start my new league..I remember that using the games financials a team would start to run out of money very quickly making it difficult to trade...

A team still CAN run out of money but this generic challenge seems a little bit better in this version.

If you run a profligate team you still can spend yourself to oblivion.

I can stop the judgment or lawsuit from going forward. I can reduce the settlement by almost half and if both parties do not agree on the settlement amount there is no fee...We keep the attorneys away and the case out of court...The company I work for has 15 years of experience in negotiating settlements.....
