Team abbreviations
This is a little concern I have.
When you start a new dynasty sometime in the 70īs or 80īs all the new expansion teams have not been created. So looking at Real Stats player imported at the year before the team pops up have no team they played for... Kind of sad.... Now I havenīt played as far as a team changed names LIKE Angels (they got a new name almost every year and then a new abbreviation) Players I have in the team that did play in later years for Angels have a blank since the team changed names. I got to where Colorado got a team but still all playing history for Colorado was balnk. I am now concerned that not only the Real Stats, BUT the game stats lose their abbs as times moves on. Is this correct ????? Put my mind at rest so I can go on knowing that all is well in the future... |

Using Lahmanns untouched (well almost some added years for gap players)
I hope you understood what I want. My example is fine enough The Angels have changed so many times so starting a dynasty in the 80īs doesnīt show a player in real-stat that he played for the Angels when they wasnīt named California Angels. However I think it works out. Thanks for answering |

Ahh, I was answering a different question, but my answer is still the same. I've never noticed missing abbreviations, but at the same time I haven't made a conscious effort to look or notice.
Sorry I can't help more ! |
