He has surfaced in this thread talking about a potential new roster set.

Halofan has returned!

Although he hasn't responded since late May.

yep im here........just all kinds of work and crap here, not to mention i had to rebuild my set from scratch

..........there is a new set that i put out last night, but only for OOTP 6.5 as i dont own the new game just yet

I imported the Halofan 2.0 roster into 2006. Quite impressive. Unfortunately, Halofan reduced the base stealing ratings (for what reason I don't know). In a simmed season, stolen bases ranged from 0 to 30 for entire teams. Otherwise, it's a top-notch roster set.

we are talking about this in the OOTP 6.5 mod section and my explanation is in there, and im too lazy to re-type it lol.....but in short, lowering the ratings down to where they are, have produced more normal results than placing some of them at 80 or 90, or even in alot of cases in the 70's....players were ripping off anywhere from 80-100 bases and in this day and age, it just isnt realistic

Hey Halofan I'm new to controlling OOTP myself but I have been around it for 2 or 3 years and I tried to register to your site but it won't let me log on and I was wondering if you could send me your latest set of rosters for OOTP 6.5
