Player pics not in database?

I'm trying to add player pictures that are not in the 'MLB' roster set but they do not appear in the game after I've created them in Adobe Photoshop CS2, can anyone please tell me how to make them appear.
I've saved them spelt exactely as they are in the game!

What format are you creating the images in?

What folder are you placing the images in?

I'm saving them as jpg's in the saved games/MLB/News/HTML/images folder.

Put them into the /data/photos folder instead. The game should automatically find and copy them when you start the game.
