My utils and 20-80 rating sytem
OOTP 2007 added a 20-80 rating system for overall and talent, which I missed and didn't upgrade my utilities to handle it. I fixed that for both the development and draft utilities, and you can pick up the latest of them at the ootpmodsquad links below in my sig.
The only file modified for the ratings is Utils.pm, so you just need to upload that file to your server. If you don't use the 20-80 system, you don't need to do a thing.
