Problem with jerseys

... albeit a fairly minor one. I finished creating my custom fictional league a few days ago. Due to a couple of mistakes I decided I wanted to totally start fresh from the template I made. I then decided to add all of the color codes to all of my facegen files in case I ever had to start over again.

Now I can get the team logos and caps to auto install, but I'm having no luck with the jerseys. I've read over the instructions over and over and I'm not seeing what I'm doing wrong. Anyone else had this problem?

PS - I realize all I have to do is copy stuff from the data/jerseys folder to my save game, but I'd really like to get this to work automatically if I could.

Edit: What I've quoted below is NOT working for me.

- copy the default jersey texture file that you want to edit which you can find in that folder.
- rename the copy to jerseys_ + team name + underline + team nickname + .png
Remove all dots in the team name and nickname, and replace all spaces with underlines.
- edit the file as you like with your preferred images editing software.

This file will then be used "globally" for each team with that name and nickname, for any new database.

I remember this being discussed as a bug in the tech. support forum. Not sure if there is a work around but you might want to check that forum and see.
