I just downloaded OOTP 8 after playing 6 for a number of years, wow, there is so much new stuff!

Anyway, I noticed on CubbyFan's rosters the majority of minor leaguers are one star - both in ability and potential. Has anyone else noticed that and am I doing something wrong?

Seems like a lot of the minor leagures are rated very low.
