I believe you just modify the page_header_wide.tpl file in the templates directory. Just add the links to the file.

Oh BTW, Development and the 1-5 talent/1-10 ratings are working beautifully. You're an asset to OOTP and Markus should pay you to include the utilities in OOTP9.
