Simple Jersey Logo Question

I am making the jerseys with the logos already on them. Do I really have to make another separate 'jersey logo'. I will make a team logo, of course! Im just talking jersey logo separate formt eh actual jersey png.

If you are making an unusual jersey with lots of odd stripes or logo placement, you will want to create the actual image for it. But if it is a pretty standard jersey (single piped, pinstripes, etc), then you can just create the jersey logo and set up the rest within the game. Of course, you could also just create the entire jersey image, whatever you feel like doing.

I appreciate the replies, shall I assume same thing with the caps then too?

I have begun making the logos on the shirts themselves and it seems to allow more creativity easier... for me at least! Not everyone does things the same way!
