A few questions
1) What free photo editor is out there to use to edit uniforms and html page headers? I tried gimp but that was to complicated any simpler programs that are free?

2) I dumped gambo's photo pack into the correct folders but dont see the pics, it was after the league had started, will that matter?

3) Can contracts now be offered thru game by gm's?
