Int leagues PCM/Financials?

By comparrison, when you are creating something like a fictional Japenese league, as a ball park fogure, what are you looking at for the media contracts and PCMs? I read that an ideal PCM was about .95 for everything excepting running etc.

Just so, as I have at the moment, there isn't A) and influx of highly talented Japenese players (Not that there is an issue, it's just not that realistic) and that, when I have an independant league, they can afford to poach a large ammount of talented players.

Anyway, thoughts?

Another guy had the same issue. He tried PCMs of 1.00 and found that the players were too good, and .85 and found that they were too bad. I think alot of that has to do with time period. Someone else was trying to do a 1960s Nippon League, and he thought that .85 worked well.

As far as the financials are concerned, have you looked at the out=of-the-box Nippon League from League Setup in the game? I haven't tried 2007, but in 2006 it was awash in funds. I had to twice wring money out of the system to keep salaries from spiralling through the roof.
