International League Setup
I want to set up a league with teams from all different countries, but I can't seem to figure out how. For the league setup, it requires a specific "league nation", and I'm not sure how to bypass that. Do I need some sort of Mod., or do I need download a template?

Setting the % of foreign players to a high number is obviously the first step. If you're not happy with the distribution of foreign players, you can mess with the "baseball level" in the nations file, just make sure you make a copy of the file.

Carplos has it right. I will add that there are no fields within the game creation interface where you can select what percentage of each you want. You cannot decide that you want, say, 15% Cubans and 25% Dominicans. Your best bet if you absolutely want such control is, as Carplos said, to edit the nations file. You can totally remove all the origins you do not want, if you so desire, and adjust other nations until you get the levels you want.

If you want to do even more work, you could delete all the players that are created and then manually create the # of players from each nation by changing the home nation of the league, creating the players and repeat. Though with this method there's no guarantee the distribution of ratings will be balanced.
It depends on how picky you want to be, I suppose.

It's not as daunting as you think--importing it into Excel and separating the columns out might help.
It would be easy to equalize all nations this way since you could just copy and paste the same baseball level in the column.
