Looking for a League to Join? Post In This Thread!
Instead of having leagues having to keep on the lookout for people posting saying that they're looking for a league, let's have people looking for leagues post in this thread and then league members can just subscribe to it thereby getting notices to check it whenever someone expresses interest.
Make you sure you leave some way for people to contact you like an email address or by enabling private messages through the forum. You might also want to describe what type of league you're looking for, if you are particular about that, so you don't get a bunch of invitations for leagues you're not interested in. The only restriction is: advertising leagues in posts is forbidden in this thread. If your league looks like a league that someone looking for a league would be interested in, contact that person privately. League ads in this thread will be deleted without hesitation. This thread is to notify people of others possibly interested in joining their leagues. Spamming it with ads of other leagues will just make people less likely to read it. Therefore, if you (as the person looking for a league) think your post might warrant some discussion or you'd like others to have the opportunity to reply to it in a thread, please start a separate thread with your post and, if you like, link to it from this thread. You should probably quote your original post too so people don't have to click through the link to read it. Good luck in finding that perfect match!

I'm looking for a league.
Me: Been playing since OOTP2 but mostly in solo play. I have extra webspace and bandwidth that I will probably donate should the league need it. You: Looking for a fictional league that sims no more than twice a week. Strongly prefer a commish who has run a league before. This is my 1st go around with OOTP since 4, so I am a little rusty but am looking forward to getting into 1 solid league.

I have never been part of an OOTP online league but have been in fantasy and sim leagues for what's been almost a 10 year career.
With my switch to Mac a few years ago, all I heard was OOTP for baseball.. hands down. Well, I could not agree more. So I am looking to dive into an online league for the first time. I am a die-hard so, there is no worry of me quitting out. I stress this because many of the online experiences I have had succumb to the last place boredom factor. I think OOTP fills those gaps where a team is struggling with ways to make up and get back something for time invested. Well I'm looking to get back into an online league after about 4-5 years of not being in one. I'm looking for an established league with some history, and preferably a historical league. I'm willing to take on rebuilding projects, especially if the league is established and isn't showing signs of folding. Please PM if interested.

I am looking for an online league to join. This is my first time trying the online league. I dont have a preference of real league, historical, or fictional. I have no idea how the whole thing works, so it would be great to be in a league with people who wouldn't mind helping me out until I get the hang of it.

I've played prior versions and will be purchasing OOTP 9 in the next week. Looking to get into a competitive league with a tolerant commish because I'm a noob when it comes to on-line. I'm dedicated and will hold up my end as an owner. I just need a patient commish to help me through the initial phases until I'm comfortable doing what I need to do.

Hello everyone. I am relatively new to OOTP, I did purchase the OOTP7, but didn't really have enough time to play it due to RL commitements.
I am not new to online leagues. I played in a few FPS baseball and Football online leagues and enjoyed it. I just bought OOTP9 and was interested in joining a good league to satisfy my thirst for competitive play.
