I know, I started one post. I am trying to debate between which type of league I would like to do since. I am already in two real leagues. Let me here what league do you guys like better.

Real One
MLB (30 Teams)
AAA
AA
A
RL
NCAA Feeder League (84 teams)
High School Feeder League (30 teams)

Each organization is not completely full. There is roughly about 60-90 players per organization. There would be trading of draft picks (current year), compensation, Rule 5 Draft. Everything to keep the league as real as possible. Only thing with this one as we speak is...I am running a test to make sure the draft class dont stack the league.

HISTORICAL ONE
If I were to do this....Id start in like 1890 and sim 10 years to get enough players in the league. We would not retire players according to history. The reason for that is this. I would be creating 24 fictional teams - 12 NL and 12 AL teams. After simulating the first 10 years to get players into the league. I will release and hold a draft for the start of the league. Also at this time I would delete all history of the game. So we would start the league in 1900 (vary depending on if someone wants to start at a diffrent year) as the MLB didnt exist. There would be drafts every season with historical players.

FICTIONAL ONE
All teams will be fake (30 to 48 depending on interest)...but I'll import cubby fan's roster set into the league. And we will have a draft start the league. This league will also NCAA and High School Feeder Leagues. There is another option to this....but ill edit later depending on if it is possible.

Please let me know.....your guy's votes will persuade my interest on which type of league I do.

I'd vote towards a real league or Historical. You could also mix and match you idea's and do a draft for the Real league, Instead of doing your lottery for teams set a draft order and do maybe 25-30 round picks, and then sim the rest of the draft. Just another idea incase your tired of real time leagues, Switch it up a bit still have all the player you know but build the team that you want?

Thats what the fictional league option is. Everything would be fake except for the players, as I would import Cubby Fan's roster set. We could do fictional teams, real teams, or both. Which we would draft like 25 rounds r so...which can be done by every gm setting there draft list. If we were going to go with a real league....it would have to be the one I already have set however each team only has about 60 players at the start of the league. As the historical would be completely fictional except for the historical players being import into the league (WOULD NOT RETIRE PLAYERS ACCORDING TO HISTORY!). As the league would be ran like the MLB never existed.

Please people give me your input. As it will help me on which one i choose. So if you like to change your vote...your more then welcome too.

So on the historical league would you have integrated rosters? I now there are databases you can use the allow this. I think that would be really interesting.

No...i am saying on the historical one....I would simulate 10 years to get enough people into the league. Then I would release all players and hold an draft. Player would not retire according to history....since Id be doing it as the MLB did not exist.

If there are spots open I would be interested. I've had OOTP9 for awhile now and I would be a very active owner, because I like the competition. Also I would vote for a fictional league, but wouldn't be opposed to any other type.
