Hi, standard game, latest patch:

I switched to a new team, and hired a new scout, but he won't scout, none of them will. I fired scout and hired another and tried again. So 4 scouts , one I held for four months, and they whouldn't scout players.

when I click, underscouting, OOTP Scouting assoc. it scouts them using computer, which we all know is not very accurate, when I switch to my scout, it jusst giveds me dashes everywhere.

My socuting budget is high, scout is talented, how do I fix this?????

I thought I had seen every problem with this game, but this is a new one to me.

Anyone know how to fix this it has been a month and nada, still happening when I take a new job or hire a new scout.
