Just to let you guys know, the announcement yesterday does not change the convention plans at all(since we set the convention up knowing of this already). I do want to encourage any of you who are planning on coming to REGISTER so that we can have all of the space, etc that we need to use already reserved, etc.

No one will be turned away if they come at the last minute but it would be nice to know in advance and be able to plan accordingly.

Convention prices (excluding lodging and travel) start at $60.00 or $85.00 with spouse, special events planned for spouses during the convention as well.

Friday
6:00-9:00 Dinner and Convention Overview.

Saturday
7:00-9:00 Breakfast

9:00-11:00 OOTP Roundtable Discussion(OOTP staff)

11:30-1:00 League Commissioners Meeting
OR
11:30-1:00 OOTP Open Discussion

1:00-2:00 Lunch at Fifth Third Field

2:00-5:00 Baseball Forum, Panel Discussion(Former Professional Ballplayers, etc), Memorabilia Auction.

6:00-11:00 MudHens Game

Sunday
7:00-9:00 Breakfast

9:00-12:00 OOTP Products, Giveaways and Sale.

12:00 Begin departing for home.

Registration begins Friday February 27th, a link will be posted here.

*Convention subject to a minimum number of attendees, refunds given if notified 30 days prior to the event.

Hey Steve, is dinner on Friday, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday going to be as a group?

Dinner on Friday Night will be at the Bullpen lounge inside the Radisson, Who ever is there is welcome. Saturday Breakfast is on your own, Lunch will be at Frickers in right field together, Dinner will be at the game. Sunday breakfast we will try to do together.

OK Guys, things are finally falling into place for next weekend. Steve Kuffrey, Jason Wert and Myself will be at the Radisson on Friday night starting around 7:00pm, downstairs in the Summit Street Cafe. Go ahead and check in and come downstairs for a Beverage of choice. I will leave info at the checkin desk for the weekend. Also please email me traveling itinarys at convention@ootpdevelopments.com AND crcowell@buckeye-express.com so we can keep up with everyones arrival times. We look fwd to seeing everyone next weekend.
