This was Bobby Cox's last Blue Jay team. He won Manager of the Year but he got fired or wasn't re-signed? Interesting...

The team had one of my favorite outfields... Barfield and Moseby are plus defensively and all three were 20+ HR/SB guys.

Rotation is 3 deep. So is the bullpen. This would be a great team to start a dynasty with so many of them were between 25-30.

They should handle the 84 Yankees.

Well I plan on using Lahman's latest, with the 2004 teams in it. But I'd be willing to use Ankit's if anyone knows if he has done one with 2004 teams in it. Anybody know??

To be honest, I think the 1930 Yankees could be the surprise team in the bracket. A .309 team batting average is nothing to sneeze at.

I like winning, but it's been happening less and less frequently.

I tend to do well early on in leagues, but as the seasons go on, my teams sink to the bottom

It looks like I will be using Ankit's 5.2 DB. This is not a normalized one. This should make for some interedsting results as some of the different type teams clash. Hopefully it won't give any era a real advantage.

Ok, this is somewhat off-topic of the thread, but does anyone know if there is a normalized database out there that has 2003 & 2004 included?

That is fine, I would love to find a normalized one with 2004 for this tourney. If I don't happen to find it by Monday or so I will probably run the tourney with the regular Ankit's 5.2.
