Roster Breakdown: Outfield
Starter: Gordon "Pop" Moore Age: 28 Term with team: 5 Years (4 in Majors) Years as Starter: 4 Years Last Year Stats: .278/.448/.561, 36 HR, 117 RBI Career Averages: .258/.397/.465, 26 HR, 101 RBI Ratings: 8-10-10-10-8 (5.0) Defense: 2 Range, 5 Arm Info: Moore has the best ratings of any hitter in the league. He has 163 eye, and no that's not a typo, it says 163 eye. He is a monster. He will lead the league in Homers this year. He makes it rain. Starer: William Wright Age: 27 Term with team: 4 and 2/3 Years years as Starter: 4 and 2/3 Years Last Year Stats: .240/.336/.437, 29 HR, 118 RBI Career Averages: .265/.356/.412, 17 HR, 68 RBI Ratings: 8-6-8-10-6 (3.5) Defense: 1 Range, 6 Arm Info: Wright put up career power numbers last year, but his average and OBP were much lower then his career avearge, so hopefuly he fixes that. I'm expecting big things. Backup: Roy "Oil Can" Burgess Age: 24 Term with team: 5 years (1/2 season in the Majors) Years as Starter: 0 Years Last Year Stats: .326/.349/.522, 5 HR, 30 RBI Career Averages: .326/.349/.522, 5 HR, 30 RBI Ratings: 7-6-7-5-8 (10-7-10-6-8 talent) Defense: 2 Range, 5 Arm Info: Burgess should see significant playing time this year at all 3 OF positions. Hopefully he will finishing developing, and I will be able to move him to full time starter next year.

I swear, at first, I thought it's a solo league. Good luck with this online league dynasty.

I've been kind of busy with graduation and stuff like that recently, so I guess that's why I haven't been upadating. My team is doing good thus far. We picked up a good prospect in the draft, who I will talk about later, and we are going to make the playoffs unless there is an all out collape. Gordon Moore finally started hitting, and to my suprise Shawn Kienasty has been great for me so far this year after posting a 6.00 ERA last season.

League History File
Player Spotlight: Fransico Rodriguez aka K Rod _____Fransisco Rodriguez had arguably the best career of any closer in the history of Major League Baseball. In the league's inaguarl season, 2005, Rodriguez recorded, 44 Saves, with a 1.83 ERA. From there on is history. Rodriguez spent 2005, 2006, and 2007 with the Angels before being signed to 1 year, $14,000,000 deal by the Colorado Rockies. Rodriguez decided that he liked Colorado after recording 33 saves with a 2.79 ERA in 2008. He signed a 3 year, $14,000,000 extension with the Rockies. _____Rodriguez, however, would be traded 2 and and a half years into his contract to the New York Yankees. Rodriguez had one good season with the Yankees recording 34 saves, but it was downhill after that. The Yanks were no longer an AL powerhouse, and Rodriguez saw his opportunities for saves drop in dramatic fashion. Rodriguez managed to go 7-2 with a 2.43 ERA in 2013, but recorded a career low, 26 saves. In 2014 things took a turn for the worse. Rodriguez went 2-7, and saved a marginal 18 games, while boasting an ERA over 5. He somewhat bounced back in 2015, saving 28 games, but that would be his last productive season with the Yankees. After being resigned twice, for a total of 7 and a half season, Rodriguez was finally a free agent. _____In 2019 Fransisco had a chance to once again save games for a competitive ball club. The Florida Marlins gave him a 2 year deal, at $8,888,000 a year. Rodriguez returned to all star form in 2019, recording 36 saves, the most he had gotten since 2009. Heading into the 2020 season, it was evident that Rodriguez was nearing the end. His ratings while still respectable, were a fraction of what they once were. He was traded two months into the season, back to his origianl team, the Angels. Rodriguez only spent a few days wtih the Angels before deciding to call it quits. He retired midway through this current season. _____Rodgriguez finished his career a 3 time all star. He recorded 484 saves, which is the current record for most saves in a career. He also finished with an 88-74 record, a solid 3.17 ERA, and 1372 K's. Rodriguez is a sure fire hall of famer, and arguably the best closer in MLB history.

from the Washington Chronicle:
Huge moves Made at Trade Deadline! Washington - On the night of the MLB trade deadline, the phones were ringing off the hook in the Nationals front office. Several phone calls, and hours later, the following deals emerged from the desk of GM Shawn Kienast: Washington Sends: SP B. Dawson 2.0 Cleveland Sends: CL B. Bisbal 3.0 Bill Dawson, who was solid for the Nationals the last two years has really been struggling. He has an ERA over 6, and the Nationals felt they needed to improve. They also got rid of Dawson's $13,000,000 contract. Bisbal isn't a bad releiver, and will likely come up and just be an extra guy in the pen to give the other releivers some rest. While that trade was far from a blockbuster, then next trade was nothing short of one. Washington Sends: 2021 1st Round Pick 2B Ronald Guerra, 5.0P CF Kenny Faucet, 4.0P SP Kevin Williams, 3.5P Tampa Bay Sends: Juan Driskill, 4.5 The Nationals had done the unthinkable. They had just landed arguably the most dominant pitcher in league history. Driskill, at age 34, is a career 251-66, with a 2.37 ERA (7th all time). Juan also boasts 62 complete games, and 36 career shutouts. He is an eight time cy young winner. Even at 34, the guy is a machine. He has an ERA under 2, and will come in and take over the number one spot in the Nationals rotation. This move may have just solidifed the Nationals the NL East crown, and a very good shot at the World Series. Juan's Leaderboard Appearances: ERA: 2010 - 2.25 - 3rd 2011 - 2.40 - 3rd 2012 - 2.19 - 1st 2013 - 2.55 - 2nd 2014 - 1.99 - 2nd 2015 - 2.55 - 1st 2016 - 2.38 - 1st 2017 - 2.20 - 2nd 2018 - 1.52 - 1st 2019 - 2.60 - 1st Wins: Wins 2010 - 16 - 6th 2011 - 23 - 1st 2012 - 25 - 1st 2013 - 22 - 1st 2014 - 15 - 9th 2015 - 24 - 1st 2016 - 21 - 1st 2017 - 18 - 2nd 2018 - 18 - 6th 2019 - 23 - 1st WHIP: 2010 - 1.09 - 9th 2011 - 1.06 - 5th 2012 - 0.95 - 1st 2013 - 0.95 - 1st 2014 - 0.96 - 2nd 2015 - 0.99 - 2nd 2016 - 0.95 - 1st 2017 - 0.96 - 2nd 2018 - 0.89 - 1st 2019 - 0.97 - 1st

That was a great way to end the season. The trades at the deadline really helped, but there is some bad news. I drew the Dodgers (104-58) in the first round, and they have the best ranked pitching staff in baseball. If I get by them, I think I win the World Sereis without even being contested.
