Jackson starts off season 1-0 with a 5-4 win.

Jackson starter Chih Hsia went 7 solid innings striking out 6 and walking 3 men. He had one rough inning when he gave up all 4 runs in the 4th inning. Newly acquired reliever Michael Oglethorpe made his Jackson debut going a scoreless inning for the hold. Closer Corey Howard came in to finish the game off and earn his first save of the year.

Sparkling pitching carries Jackson to 2-0 win over Tulsa.

Jackson starter Millard Carlson retired the first 14 batters he faced before allowing a single. Then, the next inning, Carlson was forced to leave the game with a damaged knee meniscus which is being diagnosed as a day to day injury. Four Jackson relievers combined to finish off the game with Corey Howard notching his second save in as many chances. Rob Harris had 2 hits for the Slayers including a homerun. It should also be noted that Tulsa pitcher William Swain pitched a complete game in a losing effort.

I just could never get into this like I thought I could. Therefore, I'm killing this dynasty and going to go into deep meditation to try and think of a new IDEA . If only somehow, my 1870s dynasty could be brought back to LIFE

Anyone got any good ideas? I need one that I can get really immersed in and ENJOY!!
