2223 Playoffs: First Round, Game 2
All of the #1 and #2 seeds except for Boston are down in their series 2-0. But, all series will shift to the home of the better seeds for the remainder of the series. So there is a long way to go.

2223 First Round, Game 7
The Yankees have defeated the Red Sox, 5 games to 2. In the other series, the Rangers, Mets, and Expos are all in danger of being eliminated. The Rangers had a crushing loss in Game Six, allowing 7 runs in the bottom of the ninth.

2223 League Championship Series Preview
ALCS: New York Yankees (121-42) vs. Texas Rangers (121-41)
The New York Yankees are trying to get to their first World Series since 2215, and win their 39th title. For the record, the Yankees have been to the World Series 44 times and have an amazing record of 38-6 in the Fall Classic. The Texas Rangers, on the other hand, have never been to a World Series. NLCS: St. Louis Cardinals (125-37) vs. Montreal Expos (135-27) The Montreal Expos are three-time defending World Champions, and winners of 4 World Series overall. The St. Louis Cardinals have won 4 NL pennants, but have not been to a World Series since way back in 2137. Their only World Series title came in 2124, ninety-nine years ago.
