The Ultimate Franchise Team, a Tournament of the Worsts through the Bests

Every MLB team has had it's ups and downs. From 100 win to 100 losses, from dead last to World Series champions, each franchise is different. This tournament will be every season of each team facing each other, to determine the ultimate team of each franchise.

Rules of the Tournament
  • Each franchise will have its own tournament, no mixing of teams
  • Every season from 1901, or from the first season of the team, to 2015, will be included
  • Each tournament will be seeded according to win percentage
  • Each matchup will be a 7 game series
  • The team with the higher winning percentage receives home field advantage
  • The settings will also be set to the year of the team with the higher winning percentage (Ex. if a team from 1950 has the higher winning percentage, the settings will be set to 1950)

The A's tournament will be 8 different regions with 16 teams, and the winners of those tournaments will meet to decide the champion. Each 1 seed will receive a bye, along with the five best 2 seeds.
