This forum got the stuffing kicked out of it by the board crash. I'm not just referring to the damage this most glorious of threads took either. It's put quite a pall on all the goings on.

As well you shouldn't. I've had the backup stuff on CD ready to go for a while now, and I'm starting up the 1880 season as we speak. It may take me a bit of time to do some of the start-of-season stuff, as this usually takes me a couple of hours. But I'll have a preview posted soon.

All it took was enough time to pass for me not to be completely irate over everything lost in the Great Crash of 2005. Well, that and me having a bunch of time on my hands.

Yeah, I really did always intend to come back to this baby - and not in the same way that I "intended" to get the countdown finished on time. It just really was so agonizing for a while to think of all the stuff that was lost in the GBCo05.

Anyway, I'm in the process of modifying the rookies and putting them on their correct teams. I'll have a season preview as soon as that's done.
