It's interesting that the second most successful team ever, the Cardinals, have been completely eliminated even though their teams in the 20s, 30s and 40s were nearly as talented as the Yankees of that time.

I am shocked by the Cardinals and Dodgers not having more success. There have been plenty of strange outcomes so far to say the least.

Well half of the final 32 is made up of 3 teams, 7 Yankees, 5 Giants, and 4 Reds. It will be interesting to see how many of those teams survive the final full season group in Round 6.

The race to 40 series will start in just one more group. Does anyone think the '27 Yankees can be stopped? If so by which team?

Well the Sweet 16/Elite 8/Final Four threads were pretty much all wiped out. I still have the Final Four league going so I guess I will just start from there.

Here is a reminder of where we are at:
